Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) for any reason, you may return them to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at customerservice@carritolatino.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging, include proof of purchase and the item(s) being returned, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us using the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

We only accept returns for defective or damaged items. Our packing process is very strict and professional; however, we are not responsible for damage caused by carriers or during delivery. Since we sell products from recognized brands, we are not responsible for complaints regarding taste, changes in logos, packaging, presentation, or any issues related to how the product is manufactured.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.

Undeliverable Shipments and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to Carrito Latino due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package from a carrier-designated access point, branch location, or pickup facility within the carrier's holding period, the order will be considered an undeliverable shipment.
Once the package has been returned to our facility, we will contact the customer using the contact information provided with the order to determine how they would like to proceed.
Order Reshipment
Customers may request that their order be reshipped. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package. Reshipment will not occur until the applicable shipping charges have been paid.
Refunds
Refund requests related to undeliverable shipments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. At our discretion, we may issue a refund for the value of the merchandise, less the original shipping charges, return shipping charges, carrier fees, or other costs incurred as a result of the failed delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.
Exceptions
This policy does not apply to shipments returned due to carrier error, damage incurred during transit, or circumstances that Carrito Latino determines were outside the customer's control. In such cases, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or a refund.
Carrito Latino reserves the right to deny reshipment or refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of our policies, or repeated incidents of undeliverable shipments.
